SLFK 79: Matthew 23:37-39

Do you know how Jesus feels about the people who don't choose to follow Him.  He loves them and wants to bring them close to Him like a mommy chicken does with her chicks.

Church has been disrupted! But God is teaching us about what is means to be the church in this disruption.   What characteristic of the early church gets you most excited?  Be intention about making that part of your experience today.

There are people all around us who feel conviction to come to God but they don't know what do about it.  Our world is crying out for help.  Let's point them to Jesus.

Even Jesus gets upset.  He was upset with people when they were selling things in the temple. He doesn't want us to pretend to worship Him but to really do it for ourselves.

Peter had one shot to preach a sermon to convict hearts.  He chose that sermon call "You Crucified God!". We need to be reminded that if we are not surrendered to God we are enemies of God.
